Moon 1 - 18/2/2016

So I finally got my own telescope about a month ago, and recently I've had more opportunity to use it. Unfortunately it quickly became apparent that I was terrible at lining the phone camera up with the telescope lens, mix that with some issues about how to configure the scope and the result is that I haven't been able to get any nice shots so far.
Last night I spent some time putting together a custom phone case that sits snuggly over the eyepiece, so lining the camera up became infinitely easier, and this is the result! Shot from my suburban backyard, so not as good as it could have been, but I think it turned out alright.
